No morning workout for me on Monday. I had the sniffles, sneezing, sore throat, and congested sinuses that were clearly telling me to take a rest. Very hard for me to NOT do a scheduled workout because I tend to ignore the discomfort and just keep going, but I promised my body I would listen to it during IMAZ training. I did go to yoga in the afternoon for a good stretch and I ended up feeling A LOT better after that. Pretty sure yoga helps everything. Lots of fluids, extra sleep, and mega does of vitamin C can't hurt either.
